° Salary: 18.65 hourly for 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Tasks
° Find ways to accommodate the work schedules
° Monitor and coordinate the actions of the staff members who prepare and portion food items.
° Training staff on tasks, sanitation, and safety protocols
° Make an estimate and place orders for ingredients and other items
° Make sure that food is served and under quality control
° Keep track of inventory repair, sales, and wastage
° Reports must be prepared and submitted
° Make food order summaries to the Chef
° You must be aware of the culinary genres served by the establishment.
° Monitor and verify the assembly of the tray assemblies.
° Monitor and verify the delivery of food trolleys
° Create working hours
